URWERK UR-102 "Reloaded" — Titanium, Limited to 100 Pieces
URWERK's debut timepiece from 1997, the UR-102 introduced the satellite complication that defined the brand's identity. Three rotating cubes display hours via wandering apertures—a radical reimagining of 17th-century complications executed with industrial-age aesthetics.
Technical Specifications
Titanium case, approximately 41mm diameter, angular architecture referencing Soviet space program design. Automatic movement with URWERK's satellite module: three aluminum cubes rotate sequentially across a curved minute scale, advancing via planetary gears with retrograde minute hand.
Commemorative Edition
This variant celebrates URWERK's achievement launching the world's first "satellite collector" into space, traveling 365 million kilometers. Caseback engraving documents distances: "365,000,000 KM on the equator, 235,000,000 KM around the sun." Limited to 100 pieces (LTD-100 GENEVE).
